The Youth Earn and Learn Jobs-for-Kids Program© gives youth a rare opportunity to be guided, coached, encouraged, and supported to explore, create and reach their academic, business and career goals! This program focuses on providing education, training, field-trips, and experience in the following critical areas:

- Pre-Employment Skills

Participants learn how to:

- Identify and take advantage of employment/business opportunities

- Showcase their transferable knowledge, skills and abilities on paper and during the individual/group interviews

- Discovering and expressing their dreams, goals and interests

- Exploring and researching various business/career paths

- Professional Appearance

- Examining and understanding Corporate Culture
